In 2009 Dr Soraya Rahim Ismail and her partner, Nick Tiernan, started the first Boost Juice Bar in Suria KLCC. Dr Soraya holds a doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London, UK. Boost Juice Bars is an Australian franchise which was founded by an enterprising lady called Janine Allis from Adelaide. Read more about her at www.boostjuicebars.com.my.  Dr Soraya and Nick brought Boost Juice Bars to Malaysia and the franchise is still thriving even though so many fresh juice bars have flooded the market. People like the fact that it is professionally done on the spot and not like many juices which are already bottled up. Additionally, Boost Juice Bars serves 98% fat-free smoothies with probiotics, 99% fat-free dairy free crushes like Berry Crush, Booster Juices like Wheatgrass booster and many other choices.

London Sandwich Co which was started in 2015 and serves ready-to-eat gourmet sandwiches, salads and pastries is their own creation.
